Mug Cake

DIRECTIONS

Add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder to a mug and mix.

Next, add the Original Almond Breeze®, coconut oil and vanilla extract and stir so there is little to no dry mix.

Place mug in microwave and cook for 40 seconds.

Dust with icing sugar if desired.

This recipe uses Original Almond Breeze

3 tbsp. Original Almond Breeze®

2-3 tsp. coconut oil

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cocoa powder

3 tbsp. spelt flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. baking powder

Icing sugar to dust (optional)
